These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TinaUrgo.com (the "Website") and your purchase of products from the Website.
By accessing or using TinaUrgo.com, placing an order, or purchasing a product through the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

TinaUrgo.com is operated by Tina Urgo, a New Jersey-based artist.
The Website offers artwork, including original paintings, prints, and other artistic products. Product availability, descriptions, dimensions, materials, prices, and other details may vary from one artwork or product to another.
Tina Urgo reserves the right to correct errors, update information, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time.
# 2. Artwork and Product Descriptions
Tina Urgo makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display artwork and products offered through TinaUrgo.com.
However, artwork is inherently subject to variations in appearance. Colors and other visual characteristics displayed on a computer, tablet, or mobile-device screen may differ from the actual artwork or printed product due to differences in monitors, displays, lighting, photography, printing processes, and other factors.
Minor variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, or other characteristics that do not materially change the nature of the product do not constitute defects or grounds for a refund or exchange.
Original artwork and prints may also have characteristics inherent to the artistic or printing process.
# 3. Prices
All prices displayed on TinaUrgo.com are subject to change without notice.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or typographical errors.
Applicable sales tax, when required, may be added to the purchase price at checkout.
# 4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through TinaUrgo.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
An order is not considered finally accepted until Tina Urgo or the applicable payment and commerce system has accepted and processed the transaction.

Payment information is processed through the applicable third-party payment provider.
Tina Urgo does not intend to store customers' complete credit-card numbers or security codes on TinaUrgo.com.

An order may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified or successfully processed.
# 6. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds or Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
TinaUrgo.com does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for artwork or other products purchased through the Website, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Customers should carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, images, prices, and other available information before placing an order.
Once an order has been accepted and processed, the customer may not cancel the order simply because they have changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer want the item, or are dissatisfied with an aspect of the artwork that was accurately disclosed before purchase.
This no-refund and no-exchange policy does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
# 7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Although all sales are final, Tina Urgo wants customers to receive the artwork they ordered in good condition.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, or if a customer receives an item that is materially different from the item ordered, the customer should contact privacy@tinaurgo.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide:
Tina Urgo will review reported damage or fulfillment errors on a case-by-case basis and may work with the customer and, where appropriate, the shipping carrier or payment provider to determine an appropriate resolution.
This provision does not create a general right of return, refund, or exchange and does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
# 8. Shipping
Free shipping is provided for purchases shipped within the continental United States.
For purposes of this policy, the continental United States generally means the 48 contiguous states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipping charges may apply to shipments outside the continental United States unless a specific promotion or product listing states otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Tina Urgo is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
#9. Shipping Delays and Delivery
Tina Urgo will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
Estimated shipping or delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in Tina Urgo's artwork remain with Tina Urgo unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Purchasing a painting, print, or other artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
Unless Tina Urgo gives written permission, customers may not:
